Executive Leadership

Evaluate process maturity levels, understand current performance gaps, and redesign end-to-end processes to drive improvements in service, quality, cycle time and cost-to-serve

Develop, track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)

Technology & Innovation

Conduct workshops to explore future technologies and the art of the possible

Evaluate, rationalize and transform technology landscape to focus development efforts on high impact areas

Develop product roadmaps for rapid solution delivery to enable end-user productivity and operational efficiencies

Lead technical teams through the software development lifecycle utilizing waterfall, rapid and agile methodologies

Evaluate enterprise software vendors and products for business fit, form and functionality

Develop fiscal operating and capital budgets

Project & Change Management

Develop business case for capital expenditures to help align and prioritize key company initiatives

Co-lead project teams to deliver solutions on time, on budget, while meeting quality and critical business requirements

Develop change and organizational readiness plans to ensure higher rate of technology adoption

Implement project review, approval and governance process

Evaluate project portfolio risks and develop mitigation / avoidance plans

Conduct project post implementation reviews and capture and communicate lessons learned

Supply Chain Operations

Develop partner on-boarding guidelines, policies and technology standards

Negotiate supplier contracts, establish review cadence and process, track and improve service level performance

Assess and optimize order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes working with process performers, key customers and suppliers

Implement advanced supplier and distribution network models to enable operational agility for retail and direct-to-consumer channels

Develop business continuity plans to mitigate supplier, product and inventory risks

Retail & E-Commerce Solutions

Integrate e-commerce technology components and full stack with creative, production, inventory, financial and other back office solutions

Expand e-commerce capabilities into new product categories, markets and channels

Evaluate and design data models to support complex metadata and product lifecycle management

Assess and optimize store and product set-up, inventory planning, forecasting and procurement processes to improve conversion rates

Collaborate with distribution partners to enable omni-channel order routing and fulfillment
